Returns & Shipping
We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product, at email@example.com and we would be happy to help you with your return.
We limit this process to one return per customer. Only purchases up to $59 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on color, scent and texture as these naturally vary and can attribute to the raw Hemp's terpene profile and harvest season of our Organic ingredients. We do not accept returns for open containers for any reason. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If your product was purchased through a LillyPearlBeauty distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return.
All Shipping is handled by USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Your order will ship within 2 - 3 days, within the United States, after billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.
LillyPearlBeautyco. is NOT responsible for delayed shipments due to the carrier, holidays, natural disasters or inclement weather.

The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled. Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
